Obituary for Kathleen Rocheleau
Kathleen Rocheleau, age 78, died Saturday, June 11, at the Lahey Hospital in Burlington.
She was born in Medford, January 21, 1944, a daughter of the late Edward and Katherine (Powers) McDonough and was raised in Medford and lived in Billerica for 53 years.
Kathleen was employed as a Captain at the Billerica House of Correction having worked 27 years before her retirement.
She is survived by her daughters, Carolyn Rocheleau Feeney and her husband Thomas Feeney of Lowell and Aileen Rocheleau Wood and her husband Christopher Wood of Tiverton, RI; her sister, Helen McCarthy of Billerica; her sister-in-law, Carolyn Soucy of Key Colony Beach, FL; her grandchildren, Jacob and Thomas Wood and Katie Feeney and many nieces, nephews and dear friends. She was the sister of the late Mary Jane Salerno.
A Memorial Visitation will be held Saturday, June 18 at the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 1-4 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, www.stjude.org
