Obituary for Katherine Sobon
Katherine Sobon – Age 90, wife of the late Antoni Sobon died Saturday at the Life Care Center of Merrimack Valley.
She was born in Poland, November 25, 1925, a daughter of the late Theodore and Maria (Zubek) Kolodziej and lived in Dorchester and Quincy for many years before moving to Billerica in 1992.
Mrs. Sobon was employed at Liberty Mutual Insurance for 20 years prior to her retirement.
Mrs. Sobon is survived by her daughter, Christine DeLucia and her husband Richard of Billerica and her grandchildren, Frank and Adam DeLucia. She was the mother of the late Julian Sobon.
SOBON – Of Billerica, Oct. 1, Funeral Tuesday from the SWEENEY MEMOIRAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 9:30 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary’s Church at 10:30 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours will be held Monday from 4-7 p.m. Burial in Blue Hills Cemetery, Braintree.
