Karen J. (Carlson) Livingston, age 66, beloved wife of the late William J. Livingston, died unexpectedly Wednesday, July 16, in Danvers.
She was born in Somerville on January 17th to the late Herbert and Louise (Barrett) Carlson. She grew up in Somerville before moving to Billerica 30 years ago.
Prior to her retirement, Karen was employed in the customer service department of MilliporeSigma in Burlington. Most important to her was spending time with her grandchildren and family.
She is survived by her children, Eric Livingston, his wife Noreen, grandchildren Abby Lou and Nate of Peabody, MA and Hillary Dalfonso, her husband Sergio and grandson Dominic of Windham, NH; her siblings, Joanne Ruggiero of Windham, NH, Stanley Carlson of Somerville, Richard Carlson of Seabrook, NH, Stephen Carlson of Malden and Herbert Carlson, Littleton, NH . She is survived by many beloved nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late David Carlson, Linda Carlson, Sandra DeShazo, Dianne Griffin, Carol Martin and Roberta Keenan.
A Memorial Visitation will be held Saturday, August 9th at the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 1 – 4 p.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited.
