Obituary for Karen B. McLaughlin-Arave
BILLERICA – Karen B McLaughlin-Arave, age 57, companion of Kevin Butler and wife of the late Lex Arave died Sunday unexpectedly at her home.
She was born in Boston, February 14, 1964 a daughter of Bridget E. (Curran) of Harwich and the late John J. McLaughlin Sr. and was a lifelong Billerica resident.
Karen was a graduate of Billerica Memorial High School class of 1982 and worked in the health care industry as a Home Health Aide.
Besides her mother, she is survived by one brother, John J. McLaughlin Jr. and his wife Maryjane of Billerica; one sister Erin F. Hartney and her husband Scott of Ireland as well as her niece and nephew, Sarah and Mitchell McLaughlin and many friends.
A Graveside Service will be held Thursday at the Fox Hill Cemetery, 130 Andover Rd., Billerica at 12:30 p.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited.
