Obituary for Joseph R. Sante Fe Jr.
Joseph R. Santa Fe Jr. - Age 78, husband of the late Josephine C. (Solano) Santa Fe died Thursday at the Avante at Inverness Nursing Home in Florida.
He was born in S. Boston, October 3, 1931, the son of the late Joseph R. Santa Fe Sr. and Annie (Barlow) Santa Fe and he lived in Somerville and Billerica before moving to Florida in 1985.
Mr. Santa Fe was a member of the Teamsters Local #25 having worked for E.S. Harris and Sons. He had been a member of the Billerica Knights of Columbus.
Mr. Santa Fe is survived by his sons, Joseph Santa Fe III of Sandown, NH, Stephen Santa Fe of Inverness, FL, Frank Santa Fe of W. Newbury, William Santa Fe of Haverhill and James Santa Fe of Windham, NH; his daughters, Elizabeth Santa Fe, Josephine Pizzimenti and Cathy Marrino all of Lakeland, FL. Mr. Santa Fe is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Santa Fe - Of FL, March 11, Joseph R. Santa Fe Jr. Funeral Monday from the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 8 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Theresa Church at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours will be held Sunday from 1-4 p.m. Burial in Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica.
