Obituary for Joseph P. Bova
Joseph P. Bova - Age 53, died Wednesday at the Exeter Healthcare in Exeter, NH.
He was born in Lowell, March 3, 1957, the son of Joseph and Laura (Cormier) Bova of Billerica and lived in Billerica before moving to Sandown, NH 11 years ago. He was a graduate of Billerica Memorial High School class of 1975.
Mr. Bova was an Auto Body Shop owner and technician for most of his life, but his true passion was his family and music. He was an amazing guitar player.
Besides his parents, Mr. Bova is survived by his daughter Audrey and granddaughter Hannah of Bangor, ME, his brother and best friend, Donald Bova of Tyngsboro and his wife Wendy; his sisters, Darlene Paiva and her husband Bill of Orlando, FL, Donna Walker and her husband Michael of Billerica, Lisa Santos of Tyngsboro and Laurie Knight and her husband Ron of Pelham, NH. He is also survived by his nephews and best friends DJ and Chris Bova who helped care for him and his other 7 nephews, 3 nieces and 2 great nephews of whom he adored dearly.
BOVA - Of Sandown, NH, formerly of Billerica, March 31, Joseph P. Bova. A Funeral Blessing will be held Saturday at the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours will be held Friday from 3-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 330 Congress St., Boston, MA 02210. Burial in Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica.
