Obituary for Joseph Falcone
Joseph Falcone, age 92, beloved husband of the late Else S. (Klein) Falcone died Friday at the Braemoor Nursing and Rehabilitation in Brockton. He was born in Somerville, January 8, 1919 a son of the late Matthew and Mary (Mammone) Falcone and lived in Cambridge before moving to Billerica in 1967 and more recently Brockton. Mr. Falcon served in the US Army during WW II and was a machine gunner on a halftrack during the invasion of Normandy. He was a heavy equipment operator for the Town of Billerica and was a member of the Billerica Knights of Columbus, Billerica Elks, Billerica Golden Age and Senior Citizens. He is survived by his son Wolfgang Peter Falcone and his wife Jeanie of Brockton, two grandchildren, Natalie Cote and Peter Falcone as well as 5 great-grandchildren.
