Joseph A. Giacchetto – Age 77, beloved husband of Joanna E. (Vasta) Giacchetto died peacefully Monday at the Care Dimensions Hospice House in Lincoln.
He was born in Winthrop, April 3, 1945, a son of the late Charles A. and Catherine A. (Barbato) Giacchetto and was raised in Everett and moved to Billerica 55 years ago.
Joseph was employed as a Machinist for many years prior to his retirement.
Besides his wife, Joseph is survived by his daughter, Shelly Farmer and her husband Nick of Billerica; his sons, Joseph Giacchetto and his wife Christina of Chelmsford and Mark Giacchetto and his wife Tina of Stoneham and is also survived by his seven grandchildren.
Joseph’s funeral arrangements will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the American Heart Association, www.heart.org
