Obituary for John W. Trachim
John W. Trachim Longtime Billerica Resident BILLERICA – John W. Trachim, age 64, died unexpectedly Tuesday at Tufts New England Medical Center in Boston. He was born in Concord, MA, December 16, 1948 a son of the late John and Veronica (Timewell) Trachim and lived in Woburn prior to moving to Billerica in 1960. Mr. Trachim served in the US Army during the Vietnam War and was a Document Control Coordinator for Integra Co. in Burlington for many years. He was a member of the Billerica Lodge of Elks for over 30 years and was an avid UMASS Lowell Hockey fan having season tickets and was able to attend the games at the Frozen Four this year. He is survived by one brother, Barry Trachim of VA; his cousin, Alan Jones of TX; his godson, Justin Arthur Doyle and his best friend Ted Doyle both of Billerica. Funeral Saturday from the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 10 a.m. A Graveside Service will be held at Fox Hill Cemetery, 130 Andover Rd., Billerica at 11 a.m. Relative and friends respectfully invited.
