Obituary for John W. Gurich
John W. Gurich, age 70, beloved husband of M. Jane (Considine) Gurich died Tuesday at Lowell General Hospital after a brief illness. He was born in Lowell June 2, 1944, a son of the late John S. and Lillian J. (Morris) Gurich and was a longtime Billerica resident. Mr. Gurich was the owner of Gurich Masonry and co-owner of Miller Contracting and was an avid boater and sailor. Besides his wife he is survived by two daughters, Jane Gurich and her companion Jim Dean and Jo A. Goy and her husband Michael all of Nashua; one step-son, Ian P. Kannaly of Chelmsford; two sisters, Joan Bowen and her husband Richard Anderson of S. Chatham, NH and Nancy Peverill and her husband Jim of Billerica; his brother-in-law, Michael Considine and his wife Diane; six grandchildren, Steven, Bobby and Charlie Reidy, Samantha and Tyler Goy and Phillip Kannaly as well as several nieces and nephews. Billerica at 9:30 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. Theresa Church, Billerica at 10:30 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited.
