Obituary for John A. Rossetti
John A. Rossetti – Age 74, beloved husband of William Denis Hanley died Friday at the Lahey Hospital in Burlington with his family at his side.
He was born in Chelsea, May 18, 1944, a son of the late Albert Rossetti and Frances Rossetti and lived in Malden and Billerica and most recently in Harvard. He proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
Mr. Rossetti was a former employee of Lahey Hospital and then Partners Health Care prior to his retirement.
Besides his husband, Mr. Rossetti is survived by his and Denis’ daughter, Nicole Lemmon of Boston; his sister, Christine Rossetti of Malden; his niece, Colleen Ryan, her spouse Chuck Resstucia, his nephew Nathan Murray and great nieces Eufemia Resstucia and Ella Gerardi all of Malden.
A Memorial Visitation will be held Saturday, Jan. 5 at the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 2-4 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Northeast Animal Shelter, 347 Highland Ave., Salem, MA 01970.
