Obituary for Jeanne E. Kinser
KINSER, JEANNE E. (RANKIN) – Of Billerica, formerly of Venice, FL and Everett. Beloved wife of the late Billie Otis Kinser. Mother of Kenneth Kinser and his wife Rosemary of Billerica. Grandmother of Lisa Kinser Carpine and her husband David of Billerica. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Sister of the late Norman, Charles Jr., Paul, and Ruth Rankin, Esther Radford and Doris Roche. A Funeral Service will be held Sunday at the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 3 p.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours will be held from 1 – 3 p.m. prior to the service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the MSPCA, 350 South Huntington Ave., Boston, MA 02130.
