Obituary for Jean A. McGeough
Jean A. (Ridlon) McGeough, age 86, beloved wife of the late Francis H. McGeough died Wednesday at Emeritus at Meadow Lodge in Chelmsford after a lengthy illness. She was born in Medford, October 29, 1928 a daughter of the late Walter J. and Elsie (Lynn) Ridlon and has been a Billerica resident since 1970. Mrs. McGeough worked in the cafeteria at Polaroid Corporation in Waltham for many years. She is survived by two sons, Francis McGeough Jr. and his wife Janet of Dunwoody, GA and Daniel McGeough and his wife Elizabeth of Benson, NC; five daughters, Nancy Travis and her husband Brian of Cape Coral, FL, Janice Coffill and her husband Bill of Northwood, NH, Linda Gray and her husband John of Lawrenceville, GA, Patricia Paskiewicz of Billerica and Laura Silva and her husband Manny of Tyngsboro as well as 20 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, her faithful companion Precious as well as several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Phyllis Pooley, Ruth Parrella and Col. Walter Ridlon Jr. MCGEOUGH – Of Billerica, Jan. 21, Jean A. (Ridlon) McGeough. Funeral Saturday from the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 8 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. Mary’s Church, Billerica at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours will be held Friday from 4 – 7 p.m. Burial in Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica.
