Obituary for Janice L Brooks
Janice L. (Cummings) Brooks, age 65, beloved wife of the late Lester W. Brooks died Sunday at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington, IL.
She was born in Boston, October 18, 1949 a daughter of Mildred (Graham) Cummings of Arlington and the late Robert Cummings and was a longtime Billerica resident until moving to Cary, IL one year ago.
Mrs. Brooks was an RN and worked at the former Choate and Symmes Hospital in Arlington.
She is survived by two sons, Michael Brooks and his wife Connie of Dover, NH and Keith Brooks and his wife Heidi of Tewksbury; one daughter. Valerie Engel and her husband Kelsey of Fox River Grove, IL; one brother Donald Cumming of FL; two sisters Debra Kenniston and Laurie Jonikas and her husband Almontas all of MA as well as 12 grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Robert Cumming Jr. and Richard Cummings

Funeral Monday from the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 9:30 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. Theresa Church at 10:30 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited.
