Jacquelyn D. Munroe – age 81, beloved wife of Clifford W. Munroe III died peacefully Friday, January 2 at their home.
She was born in Lynn, March 22, 1944, daughter of the late Clifton and Josephine ( Milkey) Kohl and was raised in Winchester and moved to Billerica in 2002.
She was employed at Filene’s in Burlington and later worked for Continental Cable before her retirement.
Besides her husband, Jacqueline is survived by her son, Karl Munroe and his wife Joanna of Billerica and her daughter, Kristine Williams and her husband Joseph also of Billerica; her grandchildren, Joseph Williams and Olivia, Isabella and Elianna Munroe and her great grandchildren, Joseph III, Grayson and Ellie.
Visiting hours will be held Monday, January 5 at the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 4-7 p.m. A graveside service will be held Tuesday at the Fox Hill Cemetery, 130 Andover Rd., Billerica at 12 noon. Memorial contributions may be made in Jacqueline’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association, www.alz.org
