Obituary for Helen M. Kling Geoffroy
Billerica – Helen M. (Gallant) Kling Geoffroy – Age 84, wife of the late Frederick Kling and Viateur Geoffroy died Friday at the Life Care Center of Merrimack Valley surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Cambridge, August 22, 1929, a daughter of the late Philip and Helen (Lockhart) Gallant and was raised in N. Cambridge before moving to Billerica in 1960. Mrs. Kling Geoffroy was employed at Filene’s at the Burlington Mall from the stores opening until it closed. She was a member of the Emblem Club of the Billerica Lodge of Elks. She is survived by her daughters, Maryann Martell and her husband Dan of Nashua, NH, Karen Goodwin and her husband Tim and Christine Mulligan and her husband Mike of Billerica, Frances Wozniak and her husband Tom of Lyndeborough, NH, Lorraine Fabbo and her husband Jim of Litchfield, NH and Eleanor Murray of Billerica; her sons, Francis Kling and his wife Kelly of Nashua, NH, Frederick Kling and his wife Chris of Falmouth and Gerald Kling and his wife Carol of Hudson, NH. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, three nieces and two nephews. She was the grandmother of the late Tracy Ann Goodwin and Francis Kling Jr. and sister of the late Philip and James Gallant. KLING GEOFFROY- Of Billerica, Feb. 28, Helen M. (Gallant) Kling Geoffroy, Funeral Tuesday from the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 8 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Theresa Church at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours will be held Monday from 4-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
