Grace F. Sliger – Age 93, died Saturday, October 21 at her home surrounded by her family.
She was born in Boston, August 28, 1930, a daughter of the late Lyman and Florence (Reynolds) Parks and was raised in Charlestown and moved to Billerica in 1961.
Grace was employed as at the Former Varian Associates for over 20 years before her retirement.
She is survived by her sons, Michael Sliger and John Sliger of Billerica; her daughters, Paulette and Patricia Sliger of Billerica and Nancy Patterson of Portsmouth, NH; her grandchildren, John, Melissa and Scott and her five great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Russell Sliger.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, October 25 at the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. A graveside service will be held at the Fox Hill Cemetery, 130 Andover Rd., Billerica at 12:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, www.alz.org
