Obituary for Grace H. Garron
Grace H. Garron – Age 81, wife of the late Paul F. Garron died unexpectedly Thursday at her home.
Grace was born in Everett, September 7, 1937, a daughter of the late Harold D. and Mary T. (Fisher) Jarvis. She raised her family in Billerica for many years before moving to Melbourne, FL and later moving back to Billerica in 2010. Mrs. Garron was employed as a Bus Driver For the Harrington Bus Company and later worked as Cashier at O’Connor Hardware in Billerica until her retirement.
She is survived by her sons, Kevin Garron and his wife Celia of Lowell and Rusty Garron and his wife Kathleen of Tyngsboro; her daughters, Catherine Santa Fe and her husband James of N. Conway, NH, Carolann Coleman and her husband Jeff of Palm Bay, FL and Paula Oczkowski and her husband James of Nashua, her son-in-law, Tom Groves, her sister, Margaret Morris of Billerica and is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Donna Groves and sister of the late Charles McCoy.
Throughout her life, Grace, enjoyed painting, music, playing cards, dancing, and parties but her greatest joy in life was spending time with her loving husband, their children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, family, & dear friends. With Grace you knew her laughter was contagious, her stories were never boring, she could light up any room, could throw a mean snowball and she ended each goodbye with a "Chow"
A graveside service will be held Friday at the Holy Cross Cemetery, 175 Broadway, Malden at 12 noon. A Celebration of Life will follow at Anthony’s Restaurant, 105 Canal St., Malden.
