Obituary for Gloria M. McKenna
Billerica- Gloria M. (Sampson) McKenna – Age 82, loving wife of Ralph J. McKenna died Sunday at the Lexington Health Care. She was born in Everett, November 2, 1931 the daughter of the late Louis and Delta (Thibeau) Sampson and was raised in Saugus and moved to Billerica in 1956. Mrs. McKenna was former active member of the Billerica Youth Hockey Association. Besides her husband, Mrs. McKenna is survived by her sons, Ralph J. McKenna Jr. and James McKenna of Billerica; her daughters, Kathleen McKenna of Bolton and Nancy Capodilupo of Ashburnham; her brother, Kenneth Sampson of Wilmington; her sisters, Marilyn Paolucci of MD and Carole Young of Stoneham. Also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Vincent, Charles, Edward, Richard and Harold Sampson and Bernadette Comeau. McKenna – Of Billerica, Aug. 3, Gloria M. (Sampson) McKenna, A Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday at St. Theresa Church, 466 Boston Rd., Billerica at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 480 Pleasant St., Watertown, MA 02472. Burial in Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica.
