Obituary for Gertrude A. Morin
Gertrude A. (Glennon) Morin, age 88, wife of the late Bernard J. Morin died Friday at Wingate at Needham. She was born in Cambridge, July 17, 1923 a daughter of the late Edward and Alice (Casey) Glennon and lived in Cambridge before moving to Billerica in 1973. Mrs. Morin worked for the City of Cambridge Traffic Dept. for 20 years and was active at the Billerica Senior Center. She is survived by one son, Kenneth Morin of Somerville; four daughters, Diane Pahlm of Waltham, Patricia Bumgardner of Rochester, NH, Mary O’Connell of Medford and Carol Spicer of Bedford; two sisters, Agnes Coleman and Mary Flynn both of Arlington as well as eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. MORIN – Of Billerica, formerly of Cambridge, Feb. 24, Gertrude A. (Glennon) Morin. Funeral Tuesday from the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 9 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. Mary’s Church, Billerica at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours will be held Monday from 3 – 7 p.m. Burial in Cambridge Cemetery.
