Geraldine (Geri) Pasche – Age 83, beloved wife of Ralph A. Pasche of Billerica, died Thursday, February 2nd at the Lowell General Hospital.
She was born in Framingham, November 29, 1939, the daughter of the late Robert and Helen (Risley) Hinkley and was raised in Brigantine, NJ before moving to Billerica in 1969.
Geri was employed as a cook for many years having worked at the former Silver Fox Café in Everett and the former Lums in Billerica.
She had a great love of her home town of Brigantine NJ. She often talked about how wonderful it was to have grown up on that little island.
She enjoyed swimming, painting and spending time with her family and friends. Geri was also an avid New England Sports fan.
She was an amazing home cook, whose sauce and meatballs were known amongst all family and friends as the best ever made. Her homemade ravioli's and annisette cookies were also a huge hit and were always made for Christmas as a family tradition.
She was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. She especially loved her role as Nana. She had a great sense of humor and always made people around her laugh.
Besides her husband, Geri is survived by her loving children, Ralph Pasche Jr. of PA and his partner Gene DiPilla, Debbie Pasche of Billerica and her partner James Maguire, Dennis Pasche of KS and his wife Kristen, and also her grandson, Joseph Geoffroy and his wife Sara of Milford, NH. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
Geri was preceded in death by her brothers Robert Hinkley and David Hinkley of New Jersey, of whom she loved dearly.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, February 11, 2023 at the Billerica Country Club, 51 Baldwin Rd., Billerica at 1 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made in Geraldine’s name to the American Heart Association, www.heart.org
