Obituary for Gerald C. Sherman
Gerald (Jerry) C. Sherman – Age 78, beloved husband of Pauline D. (Nocito) Sherman died unexpectedly Friday at the Lahey Hospital in Burlington.
He was born in Texarkana, Arkansas, December 29, 1937, a son of the late Casmiar and Ruby (Christianson) Sherman. His family moved to Omaha, Nebraska, where he finished high school.
Mr. Sherman proudly served in the U.S. Navy after high school. He was stationed in East Boston, where he met his wife, Pauline Sherman.
After they married, they lived in East Boston and raised three children. They moved to Billerica in 1994.
He was a printer by trade, until he retired in 1999. After retirement, he joined the Billerica Country Club, as both a member and a part-time employee.
Besides his wife, Mr. Sherman is survived by his sons, Gerald Sherman and Keith Sherman both of Billerica; his daughter, Lisa Rychlik of Ohio; his brother, James Sherman of Colorado and two grandchildren, Jessica and Matthew Rychlik.

Sherman, Funeral Monday from the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 10 a.m. A graveside service will be held at the Fox Hill Cemetery, 130 Andover Rd., Billerica at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited.
