Obituary for George Pettinelli Sr.
LEXINGTON – George Pettinelli Sr., age 96, husband of the late Rose (Bernaducci) Pettinelli died Friday at the Life Care Center of the Merrimack Valley. He was born in Boston, May 29, 1916 a son of the late Francesco and Teresa (Costantino) Pettinelli and lived in the North End and Cambridge before moving to Lexington in 1953. Mr. Pettinelli was a Compositor for the Communication Workers Union for many years. He is survived by one son, George Pettinelli Jr. and his wife Nancy of Billerica; one granddaughter, Gail Falewicz and her husband Paul of Billerica and two great-grandchildren, Hannah and Michael Falewicz of Billerica. He was also the brother of the late Anthony, Louis, Anna, Yolanda and Lucy Pettinelli and Vera Ianniciello. PETTINELLI – OF Lexington, formerly of Cambridge and the North End, George Pettinelli Sr. . Funeral Wednesday from the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 10 a.m. A Graveside Service will be held at Westview Cemetery, Lexington at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited.
