Obituary for Gary A. Roy
Billerica – Gary A. Roy – Age 57, died unexpectedly Friday at the Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington as the result of an automobile accident in Wilmington. He was born in Lowell, June 15, 1956, the son of Lorraine (Sands) Roy of Billerica and the late Roland A. Roy and lived in Billerica all of his life. Mr. Roy’s greatest joys were spending time with his family. He was formerly employed at his family’s business Roy Brothers Trucking in Billerica and was an avid Red Sox fan. Besides his mother, Mr. Roy is survived by his daughters, Daniele Roy, Desiree Roy and Madison Roy of Billerica, Ashley Antonuccio of Saugus and Katherine Roy of Nashua, NH; his son, Andrew Roy of Salem, NH; his brothers, Stephen Roy of Manchester, NH and Mark Roy of Warwick RI; his sister Michele Churchill of Auburn, NH and his grandson, Victor Ripa Jr. ROY – Of Billerica, April 11, Gary A. Roy, Funeral Wednesday from the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 9:30 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Theresa Church at 10:30 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours will be held Tuesday from 4-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Madison Roy Trust Fund, c/o TD Bank, 449 Boston Rd., Billerica, MA 01821. Burial in Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica.
