Obituary for Gary C. Rigoli
Gary C. Rigoli, age 67, beloved husband of Julie A. (DeAmicis) Rigoli, passed away peacefully Sunday with his family by his side.
He was born in Newton, December 11, 1954, a son of the late Charles and Phyllis (Sottile) Rigoli. He grew up in Waltham and attended Bentley College before moving to Billerica in 1979.
Gary was the Founder and Owner of CR Machine in Billerica for 47 years. His greatest joy was his family and the memories they created together at Lake Winnipesaukee and many other family vacations. He enjoyed skiing, hockey and golfing with friends and family. He enjoyed mentoring and was genuinely a good friend to everyone. He impacted lives of so many and will be sorely missed.
Besides his loving wife of 47 years, Gary is survived by his daughter, Gwen Battcock and her husband Matthew of Billerica; his son, Todd Rigoli and daughter-in-law Tiffany Meehan of Billerica; his loving granddaughters, Brooke and Olivia Battcock; his sister, Marilyn Hapenney and her husband Tom of Medfield; his sister-in-law, Diana Rigoli of Needham. He was the brother of the late Richard Rigoli. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces & great nephew.
A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday at St. Matthew the Evangelist Parish at St. Theresa Church, 466 Boston Rd., Billerica at 11 a.m. Face masks will be required. A private burial will take place at St. Joseph Cemetery, E. Chelmsford.
