Obituary for Frank A. O'Keefe, Jr.
Loving Husband, Father, Son and Brother BILLERICA – Frank A. O’Keefe Jr., age 66, beloved husband of Nancy A. (Gill) O’Keefe died Thursday at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center. He was born in Chelsea, January 20, 1948, a son of Lorraine E. (Ewing) of Billerica and the late Frank A. O’Keefe Sr., has lived in Billerica since he was nine years old and was a graduate of Billerica Memorial High School class of 1965. Mr. O’Keefe retired from Lucent Technologies and more recently was a screener with the TSA at Logan Airport for six years before retiring in 2011. He was a member of the Billerica Lodge of Elks, a volunteer at the Billerica Public Library and a former member of the Guys and Gals Bowling League in N. Reading. Besides his wife and mother, he is survived by two sons, Kevin and Bryan O’Keefe both of Billerica; one daughter, Colleen Lyna and her husband Jonathan of Chelmsford; one brother, Curtis O’Keefe of Hudson, NH; one sister, Kathy Davis of Billerica as well as many nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Robert O’Keefe O’KEEFE - Of Billerica, April 10, Frank A. O’Keefe Jr. Funeral Monday from the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 9:30 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. Theresa church, Billerica at 10:30 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours will held Sunday from 1 – 5 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the America Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701. Burial in Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica.
