Obituary for Frances J. McGarry
Frances J. McGarry – Age 82, died Tuesday at the D’Youville Life and Wellness Community in Lowell.
She was born in Brookline, March 24, 1938, a daughter of the late Francis and AnnaMae (McPherson) Devereaux and was raised in Watertown and lived in Billerica for 48 years.
Frances is survived by her daughters, Dorothy Keane and her husband Noel of Pelham, NH, Renee Gillis and her companion, Andy Frechette of Lowell and Stacey McGarry of Chelmsford; her sons, Thomas McGarry Jr. of W. Palm Beach, FL, Daniel McGarry and his wife Maureen of Salem, NH and Michael McGarry of Nashua, NH. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Brian McGarry, mother-in-law of the late Tammy Simard and sister of the late Catherine White.
A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Theresa Church, Billerica and burial will take place at Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made in her name to Compassus Hospice, 790 Turnpike St. #202, N. Andover, MA 01845.
