Evelyn E. (Gibbons) Fowler, age 95, beloved wife of the late Vernon J. Fowler died Monday at Spring Hills of Hunters Creek in Orlando, FL after a period of declining health.
Evelyn was born in Gladstone, MI a daughter of the late Mike and Ida (Heath) Gibbons and was a longtime Billerica resident who also enjoyed spending time at her home in Kissimmee, FL.
She is survived by one son, Robert Fowler and his wife Elisabeth of Middletown, NJ; two daughters, Mary Rodriguez of Kissimmee, FL and Susan Wheeler and her husband Clark of York, PA as well as nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter. She was the mother of the late James Fowler, sister of the late Raymond and Lawrence Gibbons, Helen Fell and Ethel Orth and mother-in-law of the late David Rodriguez.
Visitation will be held Monday, March 6, at the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. Followed by a Graveside Service at Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica at 12:30 p.m.
