Eugene J. DiFrancesco Jr. – Age 80, beloved husband of Nancy E. (Gibb) DiFrancesco Jr. died Friday, November 10, at the Addison Gilbert Hospital in Gloucester surrounded by his loving family.
He was born in Cambridge, May 6, 1943, a son of the late Eugene J. DiFrancesco Sr. and Rose (Rennell) DiFrancesco and was raised in Burlington before moving to Billerica and then to W. Townsend in 1985.
Eugene was employed as a Police Officer for the Town of Burlington for 18 years and later worked as a Private Investigator.
Besides his wife, Eugene is survived by his daughter, Charlene Bishop of Maynard; his son, Eugene DiFrancesco III of Billerica; his brother, John DiFrancesco of Billerica; his sister, Rosemarie Melanson and her husband Donald of Burlington and is also survived by his four grandchildren and many great grandchildren. He was the father of the late David DiFrancesco.
