Obituary for Enos D. May
Enos D. May, age 70, beloved husband of Leatha (Gardner) May, died Sunday at their home in Billerica.
Born in Chelsea, MA December 28, 1950 a son of the late Raymond and Fay (Brown) May and lived in Chelsea before moving to Billerica.
Enos proudly served in the US Army as a helicopter door gunner during the Vietnam War where he met his wife of 51 years Leatha May and had two children Eric and April May.
He was also a brother, uncle, grandfather to 8, great-grandfather to 3 and was a good friend to all. He was the father of the late Randy May.
Enos was the patriarch and rock for his family. He always put people before himself and will truly be missed and loved by many.
Gone but never forgotten. May he rest in the sweetest paradise.
Visiting hours will be held Friday at the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 4 – 7 p.m. with a prayer service and military honors at 6:30 p.m. All other services will be held privately and at the convenience of his family.
