Obituary for Elsie R. Medeiros
Elsie R. (Perry) Medeiros, age 88, the wife of Frederick Medeiros Sr. died Friday at D'Youville Senior Care in Lowell.
She was born in Plymouth, MA June 11, 1921, a daughter of the late Daniel and Emma (Borsari) Perry and was a 40 year Billerica resident before moving to Lowell in 2002. She was an avid Red Sox fan, loved bingo and volunteered at the Billerica Senior Center.
Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, Frederick Medeiros Jr. and his wife Barbara of Nashua, Phillip Medeiros and his wife Ann of Malden; three daughters, Doreen Bailey of Pelham, NH, Donna Bradley and her husband Jude of Porter, ME and Diane McNeil and her husband John of Lowell; two sisters Barbara Cervellone of Billerica and Esther Scaramozzino of Saugus. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren and was the mother of the late Daniel Medeiros, sister of the late Florence Holland and Dorothy Macaluso and mother-in-law of the late Dorothy Medeiros and Donald Bailey.

Funeral Tuesday from the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 8 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. Theresa Church, Billerica at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited.
