Obituary for Elinor G. Baglio
BILLERICA – Elinor G. (Comey) Baglio, age 78, wife of the late John R. Baglio died Monday at Lowell General Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Biddeford, ME, June 30, 1934, a daughter of the late Louis E. and Ruth E. (Hannan) Comey and lived in Malden and Somerville prior to moving to Billerica in 1966. Mrs. Baglio worked in the Accounts Payable Department at Brandeis University for over 30 years and loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed watching romantic comedies and musicals in her spare time. She also loved the ocean, lighthouses, dragonflies, and was an avid fan of Boston’s sports teams. She is survived by three sons, Gary Summerlin of Billerica, Michael Baglio of West Stewartstown, NH, and Paul Baglio of Billerica; one daughter, Lisa Moran of Greenfield, NH; one sister, Lorraine Ewing of Prescott Valley, AZ as well as 12 grandchildren and one great-grandson. She was also the mother of the late Patrick and Beth Summerlin and sister of the late Bruce Comey. BAGLIO – Of Billerica, formerly of Malden and Somerville, July 9, Elinor G. (Comey) Baglio. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday at the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 5 p.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours will be held from 2-5 p.m. prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
