Obituary for Elaine M. Piotte
BILLERICA – Elaine M. (Smith) Piotte, age 69, beloved wife of Claude E. Piotte to whom she was married for 50 years, died Saturday at Mass General Hospital in Boston. She was born in Cambridge, May 28, 1943 a daughter of Mary P. (Hogan) Smith of Holbrook and the late Ernest B. Smith and has been a resident of Billerica for the past 35 years. Mrs. Piotte was a floral designer for Jones Farm in Chelmsford for 12 years. Besides her husband and mother she is survived by three sons, Eugene B. Piotte of NH, William E. Piotte of Lawrence and Daniel A. Piotte of NH; one brother, Ernest B. Smith Jr. of Halifax, MA and six grandchildren, Kiley, Noah, Andrew, Rachael, Lauren and Allison. Funeral Tuesday from the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 8 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. Theresa Church at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours will be held Monday from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m. Burial in Holbrook Union Cemetery, Holbrook, MA
