Obituary for Edwin "Ned" M. Grigg
BILLERICA – Edwin “Ned” M. Grigg Jr., age 73, beloved husband of the late Helen (Sansoucie) Grigg died Friday at Lowell General Hospital – Saints Campus.
He was born in Cambridge, April 19, 1942 a son of the late Edwin M. Sr. and Martha (Wynot-Powell) Grigg and lived in Billerica for most of his life.
Mr. Grigg was a Machinist for International Equipment Co. in Needham for 42 years, was an active member of the Billerica Council on Aging and enjoyed many years as a seasonal camper at Autumn Hills Campground in Weare, NH
He is survived by three sons, Edwin Grigg III and his wife Jeanne of Nashua, Michael Grigg and his wife Venus of Nashua and Christopher Grigg and his wife Cindy of Billerica; one daughter Cyndi Athanas and her husband Philip of Billerica; two brothers Richard and Albert Grigg as well as nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Visiting hours will be held Wednesday at the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 4 – 7 p.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. All other services will be held privately and at the convenience of his family.
