Edward F. Ricarte – Age 78, beloved husband of Donna M. (Watts) Ricarte died unexpectedly with his wife and children by his side Sunday, June 25 while on vacation in South Dakota.
Ed was born in Cambridge, November 14, 1944, son of the late Edward and Lucy (Delmonico) Ricarte and was raised in Woburn before moving to Billerica 54 years ago.
He was employed for 47 years in the telephone repair industry having retired from Lucent Technologies. He currently worked doing deliveries for Candle Light and Roses Florist in Billerica.
Along with his wife Donna, Ed is survived by his children and their families. Andrea Doyle, her Husband Derek, daughters Chloe & Tianna, and son Edward of Tewksbury; Derek Ricarte, his wife Ann Marie, sons Jackson and Lucas, and step children Joey Piccolo, Brianna Peterson, and Santina Piccolo of Lowell; Daniele Levesque, her husband Joshua, sons Landon & Colvin and daughter Kenley of Nashua; His sister Annette Palermo of Woburn and is also survived by one great granddaughter and many nieces and nephews.
A calling hour will be held Thursday, July 6th at the First Congregational Church of Billerica, 18 Andover Rd., Billerica from 9:30 - 11 a.m., with a service to follow at 11 a.m.
