Dorothy J. Wardrobe – Age 79, beloved wife of Richard R. Wardrobe passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at the Lahey Hospital & Medical Center in Burlington, MA with her family at her side.
Dorothy was born on October 15, 1943 in Cambridge, MA, to the late Albert E. and Myrtle K. (Wilcox) Malone and was raised in Stoneham, MA before moving to Billerica, MA in 1973.
Dorothy was employed at the former New England Telephone for 28 years prior to her retirement.
Besides her husband, Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Tammy Douglas and her husband William Douglas of Concord, MA and her grandson, Brenden Douglas.
Funeral arrangements will be private and held at a later date. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made in Dorothy’s name to the American Heart Association, www.heart.org.
