Obituary for Diane M. Duggan
Diane M. Duggan, age 79, beloved wife of Thomas Duggan died peacefully Tuesday at the Sawtelle Hospice House in Reading.
She was born in Rockland, ME, September 1, 1942, a daughter of the late William and Florence (Kane) Romanoff and was raised in Medford and moved to Billerica 55 years ago.
Diane was employed in the Medical Administration Department at the Lahey Hospital before her retirement. She had many interests. She was a talented seamstress and knitter, avid gardener and was never happier than when preparing a special family meal. The pride and joy in her life was her family. She was an amazing wife, mother, and grandmother.
Besides her devoted husband, Diane is survived by her children and grandchildren, Patti Benjamin and her husband Lance and their daughter Becca, Tim Duggan and his wife Tina and their sons, TJ and Jack and Greg Duggan and his wife Michele and their son Thomas and daughter Averie. Her brother, William Romanoff and sister Sharon Bennett. She was the sister of the late Beverly DesVeaux.
