Obituary for Denise A. Maynard
Denise A. Maynard – Age 58, died unexpectedly Friday at her family’s home. She was born in Winthrop, September 29, 1953, the daughter of Theresa G. (Gillis) Maynard of Billerica and the late Richard A. Maynard Sr. and lived in Billerica all of her life. Miss. Maynard was once employed as a Project Manager for the U.S. Coast Guard in Boston. She was a former CCD Teacher at St. Dorothy Church in Wilmington and an avid artist. Besides her mother, Miss. Maynard is survived by her brothers, Clyde Maynard of W. Hartford, CT, John Maynard of New Britain, CT, Richard Maynard Jr. of Everett and Lucas Maynard of Billerica; her sisters, Janice Roy of Londonderry, NH, Mary Maynard of Billerica, Susan Maynard of Woburn, Gladys Elder of Billerica and Marlene Bickford of Lowell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. MAYNARD – Of Billerica, unexpectedly, May 11, Denise A. Maynard. Visiting hours will be held Monday at the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 5-8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday at St. Dorothy’s Church, Rt. 38 Wilmington at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701. Burial in Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica.
