Obituary for Debra J. Higgins
BILLERICA – Debra J. Higgins, age 49, died unexpectedly Sunday.
She was born in Stoneham, March 2, 1967 a daughter of Robert Higgins of Billerica and the late Jean E. (Pandolfo) (Higgins) Coneeny and was a longtime Billerica resident.
Ms. Higgins worked for Cross Country Auto Assistance as a Customer Service Agent.
Besides her father she is survived by one sister, Angela Higgins Culot and her husband Steven of Billerica; three loving nephews, Christopher, Matthew and Alexander Culot all of Billerica as well as her grandmother Jean Rivard of Chelsea.
HIGGINS – Of Billerica, April 17, Debra J. Higgins. A Memorial Mass will be held Friday at St. Theresa Church, 466 Boston Rd., Billerica at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Burial in Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Glenice Sheehan Program, c/o Nancy Van Alst
