Obituary for David F. DeMeo
BILLERICA – David F. DeMeo, age 69, beloved husband of Lynda E. (Fulton) DeMeo, died unexpectedly Sunday at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center.
He was born in Boston, February 2, 1948 to the late Antonio and Margaret (Burke) DeMeo. He lived in E. Boston and Malden before choosing to move to Billerica in 1987 to give his family a better life.
Besides his wife, David is survived by two daughters, Michelle DeMeo of Wilmington and Dawn DeMeo of North Attleboro; His two grandchildren, Isabella Botte and Giovanni Della Porta of Wilmington; His two sisters, Barbara McCarthy of Woburn and Carolyn Vandall of Holden as well as many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Sonny, Richard, John, Paul, Rita Severo, Phyllis Greer and Rose Matarazzo.
Mr. DeMeo had retired from his career as a Senior Programmer Analyst for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Dept. of Revenue. He was a regular fixture at the Dunkin Donuts in Treble Cove Plaza in Billerica where he was surrounded daily by wonderful friends who he came to love like family.
David will be remembered for his capacity to love, his compassion for others, and his ability to bring comfort and peace to anyone who had the pleasure of his company.

Funeral will be held Friday from the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 8 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. Theresa Church, Billerica at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours will be held Thursday from 4 – 7 p.m. Burial in Calvary Cemetery, Winchester.
