David J. Butler Jr. (D.J.) – Age 46, died unexpectedly Wednesday, August 2 at his home in Chelmsford.
He was born in Stoneham, September 16, 1976, a son of David J. Butler Sr. and Diane (Duffy) Butler and was raised in Billerica and later moved to Chelmsford.
D.J. was a lifelong painter for his father’s family painting business. He once was an EMT having worked for Patriot Ambulance and PrideStar EMS. In college he was a firefighter for the Plymouth, NH Fire Department.
D.J. loved music, sports, and most of all his family. Besides his parents, D.J. is survived by his son, Brayden Butler of Milford, NH; his sister, Kimberly Hamilton and her husband Jonathan and daughter, Karina Hamilton of Billerica. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins. D.J. will be deeply missed and loved by all his family.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, August 9th at the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. with a graveside service to be held at the Fox Hill Cemetery, 130 Andover Rd., Billerica at 1:00 p.m.
