Obituary for Daniel E. McNulty
Daniel E. McNulty - Age 61, died unexpectedly Thursday, July 8 at his home in Brooklyn, NY.
He was born in Lowell, May 7, 1949, the son of the late Edward R. and Mary R. (Shields) McNulty and was raised in North Billerica having lived in New York for over 30 years.
Mr. McNulty was a graduate of Xavier High School, Harvard University and UC Berkeley School of Law. He was employed as an Assistant District Attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney's Office for 30 years having retired in 2008. Mr. McNulty cared strongly for his family, friends, his work and co-workers at the DA's office. He also enjoyed the Red Sox and golf.
He is survived by his sisters, Mary Ellen McNulty and her husband David Kantor of Shaker Heights, OH and Maureen McNulty and her husband Bill Aufiero of Grass Valley, CA; his brother, Michael McNulty and his wife Audrey Webb of Austin, TX; his aunts, Helen Shields and Rita Langan of Meriden, CT; his niece, Beth Kantor of Lakewood, OH; his nephews, Phillip Kantor of Pasadena, CA and Reilly Webb of Austin, TX. He is also survived by two godchildren and numerous cousins.
McNulty - Of New York, formerly of North Billerica, Daniel E. McNulty. A memorial visitation will be held Friday at the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 4-7. A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday at St. Andrew\'s Church, Talbot Ave., N. Billerica at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Burial will take place at St. Patrick Cemetery, Lowell.
