Obituary for Charles Bevilacqua
BILLERICA – Charles “Charlie” Bevilacqua, age 80, beloved husband of Alice (Leary) Bevilacqua died Wednesday at their home surrounded by his family. He was born in Boston, May 8, 1934, a son of the late Giuseppe and Lucia (Micciche) Bevilacqua where he was raised in the North End before moving to Billerica in 1963. Mr. Bevilacqua served in the US Army from January of 1957 until his honorable discharge in February of 1959 and afterward was the owner and operator of his own catering truck known as Chucks Canteen. Besides his wife he is survived by his four children, Cynthia Caron and her husband David of Londonderry, NH, Joseph Bevilacqua and his fiancée Brenda Flynn of Haverhill, Stephanie Bevilacqua of Billerica and Stephen Bevilacqua and his wife Lisa of Tewksbury; one sister, Phyllis Bartolino of Medford as well as 12 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Liborio “Lindy”, Joseph, Philip, Mary and Salvatore Bevilacqua and Joanne DiStefano. BEVILACQUA – Of Billerica, Oct. 29, Charles “Charlie” Bevilacqua. Funeral Monday from the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 9 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. Theresa Church, Billerica at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited.
