Obituary for Charles B. Danehy
Charles B. Danehy - Age 76, beloved husband of Sandra A. (Skerry) Danehy died Friday at the Lowell General Hospital.
He was born in Woburn, July 15, 1934, the son of the late Webster and Helen (Doherty) Danehy and lived in Woburn before moving to Billerica in 1960.
Mr. Danehy was employed as a Machinist for MA-COM for 35 years having retired 11 years ago. He was a member of the Chelmsford Elks, the New England Horseshoe Pitchers Association and was an avid Red Sox, Patriots and Mickey Ward Fan.
Besides his wife, Mr. Danehy is survived by his sons, Richard Danehy and his wife Amy of Ashland, Paul and Alan Danehy of Billerica; his daughter, Jean Brooks and her husband Tom of Billerica; his brothers, Daniel Danehy of PA, John Danehy of IL and Hugh Danehy of Tewksbury; his sisters, Ann Martin of MO and Helen Boring of CA. He is also survived by six grandchildren, Katie and Tommy Brooks and Chad, Cole, Victoria and Kelli Danehy.

Funeral Tuesday from the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 10 a.m. A graveside service will be held at the Fox Hill Cemetery, 130 Andover Rd., Billerica at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited.
