Obituary for Catherine L. Megna
Catherine L. (Fagone) Megna, age 88, beloved wife of the late Anthony L. Megna died Saturday, July 13, at her home with her family by her side.
She was born in E. Boston, May 25, 1936 a daughter of the late Louis and Georgia (Messina) Fagone and was a longtime E. Boston resident before moving to Billerica 6 years ago.
Prior to her retirement Catherine worked for Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Patient Registration.
She is survived by two daughters, Louise Jacobson and her husband Dana and Judith Megna-George all of Billerica as well as two sisters Marie Whitcomb and Louise Murphy.
It being her request, a private burial was held at St. Michael Cemetery, Boston.
