Obituary for Carolyn M. Higgins
Carolyn M. (Desmond) Higgins, age 37, wife of David Higgins died Sunday at Nashoba Valley Medical Center in Ayer. She was born in Winchester, MA Nov. 2, 1974 a daughter of Walter and Nancy (Gibbs) Desmond of Westminster, MA and was a longtime Billerica resident before recently moving to Ayer. Mrs. Higgins was a manager at the Aaron Pallet Corp. in Fitchburg Besides her husband and parents she is survived by, one son, Charles Parker Holman Jr. of Ayer; one daughter, Caitlyn Holman of Ayer; one brother, Walter Desmond of Manchester, NH; three sisters, Cathy Barnett of Barrington, NH, Elizabeth Desmond and Karen Desmond both of Billerica; her nephew Collin Desmond as well as several other nieces and nephews. Funeral Friday from the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 8 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. Theresa Church, Billerica at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited.
