Obituary for Carol A. Gauthier
DUNSTABLE – Carol A. (Roy) Gauthier, age 71, beloved wife of Richard L. Gauthier died Friday at Lahey Clinic Medical Center. She was born in Cambridge, August 16, 1941, a daughter of the late Robert and Mary (Griffin) Roy and was a Billerica resident for over 20 years before moving to Dunstable nine years ago. Mrs. Gauthier graduated from the Nursing Program of Middlesex College and worked at the VA Hospital in Bedford. She was also owner of the former Physicians Weight Loss Centers in Chelmsford and Danvers and was an active member of St. Kathryn Parish in Hudson, NH. Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, Richard Gauthier Jr. of Andover and his fiancée Kerry Caponigro Mcclure, and Robert Gauthier of Toronto, Canada and his spouse Shawn Newton; two sisters, Mary Ann Proia of Billerica and Kathleen Brauckmuller of TN; four grandchildren, Jessica, Ariel, Ryan and Ben; as well as two great-grandchildren, Nicholas and Madison. A Memorial Mass will be held Wednesday at St. Kathryn Parish, 6 Dracut Rd., Hudson, NH at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited.
