Obituary for Carol A. McKenna
Carol A. (Kelley) (Harlow) McKenna – Age 80, wife of the late Daniel J. McKenna died Sunday at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Somerville, November 29, 1940, a daughter of the late William F. and Mary K. (Crowley) Kelley and lived in Billerica most of her life.
Carol’s greatest joy was spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by her children, Kelly Harlow Magararu and Brian Harlow of Billerica, John Harlow of Charlestown, Steven Harlow of Chelmsford, Daniel and Michael McKenna of Canada, Robert McKenna of FL, James McKenna of NH, John McKenna of Billerica, Patricia Landry and Kathy Okinaga of SC, Jeanne McBrearty of Pepperell; her sisters, Patricia Hourihan of and Joan Loncich of Billerica and Mary Ellen Nerney of Bedford; her brothers, Edward Kelley of Somerville and William Kelley of Billerica. She is also survived by 32 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Larry Harlow, sister of the late Owen and George Kelley, Rose King and grandmother of the late Mark Landry.
A Funeral Mass for both Carol and Dan will be held Friday, November 19th at St. Matthew the Evangelist Parish at St. Theresa Church, 465 Boston Rd., Billerica at 10 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made in Carol’s name to the Billerica Community Pantry, P.O. Box 285, Billerica, MA 01821.
