Brian J. Higgins Jr. – Age 66, husband of the late Maureen (Quinn) Higgins died Wednesday, Dec. 7 at the Lowell General Hospital.
He was born in Chelsea, June 12, 1956 a son of Brian J. Higgins Sr. and Dorothy R. (Ward) Higgins and was raised in Billerica and later moved to Chelmsford and Fitchburg.
Brian was a former employee for Tabby Cat Food and also for McNamara Tire.
He is survived by his brother, Thomas Higgins of Billerica; his sisters, Deborah Tabares of Dracut, Helen Timpe of Derry, NH and Linda Plowman of Tyngsboro and his nieces and nephews and good friend, Rich Augar.
A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, Dec. 14 at St. Matthew the Evangelist Parish at St. Theresa Church, 466 Boston Rd., Billerica at 10 a.m. His burial will take place at the Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica.
