Obituary for Bernard C. Ferrari

Bernard C. Ferrari, age 81, beloved husband of the late Paula (Felcon) Ferrari died Monday at his home with his family by his side after a lengthy illness.


He was born in Boston, May 7, 1941 a son of the late Robert and Hazel (Conrad) Ferrari and lived in Cambridge and Somerville before moving to Billerica 30 years age.


Bernie was a cook at Seven Sons Diner, his family owned diner in Somerville and was well known for his pastries.


He is survived by one daughter, Connie Ferrari and her husband Peter White of Billerica; one son, Bernard C. Ferrari Jr. and his wife Jane of MO; Three grandchildren, Jamie and Jordan Ferrari and Matthew Mancini; one great-grandson Matthew Mancini; one sister, Roberta Ferrari of Billerica; four brothers, John Ferrari of Billerica, Ronnie Ferrari of Hampton Beach, Lennie Ferrari of Winthrop and Richie Ferrari of Somerville. He was the brother of the late Paul, Jerry and Robert Ferrari Jr.


Visiting hours will be held Wednesday, Feb 8, at the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 9 – 11 a.m. A Graveside service will be held at the Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica at 11:30 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited.
